We have developed a hard-earned reputation for providing high levels of support and our team can assist clients with any ongoing changes, helping them to update, upgrade or change their equipment and systems.
Full training is provided for all our solutions, along with ongoing telephone support and an on-site engineer for the first few days of opening, to troubleshoot any hardware issues and make any minor changes to the control system.
We offer a 12-month warranty on all hardware and workmanship installed by us and we are proud to have supported some clients’ installations for more than 20 years, keeping their exhibitions running and helping them plan for the future.
